The server at the drive thru got our order incorrect and didn’t apologize when we pulled back around. He said he was the manager then when I looked at the prices it turns out we were charged for the missing food item.
Contrary to some surprisingly negative reviews, I do like this place very much.
I’m a lifelong Pennsylvanian and my fiancée is a lifelong Tennesseean. We were in town visiting her family this week as we both live up north now. The burgers were excellent, the service was acceptable, place was clean, prices were reasonable. I’ll be back when we come back to visit family again. I’m a fan of this place!
Pulled up to order food at 8pm, waited in line for 11 minutes & got to the window for them to say “he’s already cleaning the kitchen”. I said so what time do y’all stop serving food for future reference. She said, “8:30.” ….. it was 8:12. And then closed the window lmao
