Went several months ago and the grilled cheese tasted like fish. 🤢 and not even good fish. Decided to give it another try today. Got a hot fudge cake and it came with 3 very tiny squirts of ice cream (this used to be delicious and HUGE!) The vanilla ice cream was mixed with some blue ice cream. Ice cream has definitely changed. it tastes very watered down and cheap. SOOOOOO disappointed.
We ordered takeout a few days ago . Called in an order @6:40 and was told it would be around 20 min. I arrived @7:05 and went inside to get . The girl told me it would be a few more min , to wait in my car and she would bring it out. I went and waited and waited . She came out about 20 min later and said she was sorry it was taking so long , offered me ftn drink or ice cream while wait. I declined and told her thank you but I’ll just wait . I ordered Togo today from the Washington pike location at 9am, called it in, got there at 920, wasn’t ready. At 935 still wasn’t ready. At 935 I went across to Weigel’s and got a coffee and came back at 940, still wasn’t ready. At 945 I asked for a refund and to void my credit card transaction. 45 mins and the food was never ready.
