Docs 321 Cafe & Marketplace Reviews
went on honeymoon in gatlinburg/pigeon forge. we found this place and thought it looked cool. docs did not disappoint, super fun to eat on the buss, waitress was super nice, the food was AMAZING. would definitely go back!
The waitresses were nice and accommodating. The ambience was unique. The food was good but nothing special (my roll was room temperature). The cook/proprietor, Doc, is hateful and yells at customers for innocent mistakes. I will not return and will recommend no one goes to eat there.
Heavenly, incredible food, amazing service and the cutest atmosphere. As someone who’s worked as a chef, nothing is more incredible than home cooked style food with love poured into it. We will be back again and again and again.

Heavenly, incredible food and amazing service make this place a must-visit. The home-cooked style meals, like the chicken tacos, chicken salad, burger, and pulled pork, are full of love. The chicken and sausage gumbo was out of this world. The BBQ baked beans and creamy coleslaw are standout favorites. For dessert, the smoked peach cobbler, pecan pie, and other pie are a unique treat. It is super fun to eat on the bus. Whether close or far, Doc's is worth the drive for an unforgettable meal in a super friendly setting. This hidden gem in Cosby, Tennessee, keeps guests coming back again and again.
