“Absolutely love the food here and the staff is so nice. But lately we haven’t been able to go in and eat there. It’s so ridiculously hot inside. Everyone is sweating. I feel so bad for the staff including the ones in the kitchen. We tried again tonight with a group of 10 and had to leave early. It was over 80 degrees in the restaurant. Hungry and hot children are not a good combination. The staff was so helpful and packed up our food for us before it even made it to our table. Will not be able to come back and enjoy the atmosphere until the ac is working.”

“My family and I enjoyed a great lunch today! The food was delicious and the menu is large with many choices. My husband got the catfish and said it was delicious and the hush puppies were the best he has ever eaten! My son got a full rack of ribs and they fell off the bone! I had the smash burger and it was great, we can’t wait to go back and try the BBQ!”

“We have had take out many times prior tonight and always a delicious meal. Unfortunately tonight was not! My meal was a large beef,noodles and vegetables. The plate was 80% noodles, 10 % beef, which was tasteless and chewy, % 20 vegetables which were tasteless. Will have to rethink ordering again.
Well we ordered again and the meals for both of us were outstanding! I take back what the meal prior to tonight was about. Beef was not chewy, a nice mix mixture of veggies and noodles. You have won me back to your drive for excellent food and service. 👏👏👏”

“We were at Jonathans in Gallatin on 12-27-25. I just want to brag on one of the employees Hannah. I believe she is the best server we have ever had anywhere. She was friendly, attentive to be sure we didn't run out of drinks and was checking on us often. Shout out to Hannah, you did a GREAT job! “I used to be an avid Starbucks drinker. However, since this place has opened I will not go anywhere else to get coffee. I have one complaint. They need to take better care of the girls outside taking the orders. It has been way to hot and humid for them to stand out there. They either need to have mist machines for them to stand under and cool off or have a cooler with water in it. I understand they have cool packs they can wear but it seems like they can only wear them in certain degrees. When the iPad they are working on does not want to work because it's so hot outside that is a huge issue.”
