Delicious! This is our favorite restaurant in Cowan! Sooo much better than the other Mexican restaurant in Cowan! We love it here… good margaritas, delicious and affordable lunch specials and friendly service! They even have vegetarian options and they made me a special vegetarian taco, which was the bomb! Excellent! And for the spicy lovers, like me, ask for the super spicy salsa… also excellent! Highly recommended!
Best Lahambra around.

Chimbolo Mexican Restaurant is a favorite for its authentic, delicious food and friendly service. Many find it the best Mexican restaurant in the area, with a great environment. The food is excellent, including dishes like chicken fajitas, the Molcajete with beef, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, and cactus, and vegetarian options. Desserts like fried ice cream are also praised. For spicy lovers, the super spicy salsa and green jalapeño salsa are highly recommended. The restaurant offers good margaritas, affordable lunch specials, and reasonable prices. Portions are satisfying, and the overall experience makes it a highly recommended establishment worth the visit.
