08/25/2023: My latest great meal was Pollo Hawaiiano, followed by fried ice cream for dessert. Delicious and friendly, prompt service. Previous meal was on the week before: I had a beef chimichanga, with a salad. Then, fried ice cream for dessert. All was wonderful from the service to the food.Parking: Extra spaces behind the bldg.
One thing we have a lot of in this area is Mexican restaurants. But we drive past several to go to this little place in the middle of Cowan. It is owned by a great family, and the food is simply outstanding. Don't judge them by the generic Tex-mex standard burritos and tacos, but instead try the carnitas, chile poblanos, huevos albanil, etc. My wife and daughter love their aguas frescas as well. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Great service. I had the Chicken Fajitas. Awesome!! Their special flavored water is really great. The service is friendly and prompt. The owners are fantastic and work hard to make your experience great. Highly recommend!!!! I drive from McMinnville TN to eat here. I've done this twice so far!!
