This was SO gross. The Crossville TN location is a disgrace! The staff just sits by the window talking to each other the few times I’ve been there. Glad they’re getting paid to chit chat because it’s certainly NOT taking care of the 15 minute waiting line! Didn’t even pay one time because they weren’t paying attention. We went there for late lunch/early dinner and as we entered we noticed that tables had not been cleaned. Food scraps, napkins, condiment packages all left on tables. An employee was emptying a trash container and trash was falling out onto the floor. He didn't stop to pick it up. Then we noticed that other trash was on the floor in various locations.
