Coffee is great but more importantly the customer service is phenomenal. I bought four coffees the other day and as I pulled out they all fell on the floor. The owner happened to be there that day and he immediately came out to help me. He even washed my floor mat. They remade my coffee and wouldn’t let me pay for it. It was not their fault it fell. Thanks so much for caring about your customers
I'm in town visiting family and passed by the trailer on Lantana last night, so I stopped in this morning and got a large iced latte. Its good! It's also large. Really large. HUGE, even. A large from my favorite place back home is half gone by the time I finish the 3 minute drive home. I've been working on this monster for 30 minutes now and am only halfway through it. I'll be back every morning while I'm here!
I absolutely love Bloom. I usually go to the truck on lantana but I've never been given anything aside from amazing service at any of the locations. My kids love their muffins and cookies and I absolutely die for their frappes!
