“Coffee is great but more importantly the customer service is phenomenal. I bought four coffees the other day and as I pulled out they all fell on the floor. The owner happened to be there that day and he immediately came out to help me. He even washed my floor mat. They remade my coffee and wouldn’t let me pay for it. It was not their fault it fell. Thanks so much for caring about your customers“

“The girls who work there are all so beyond great. When I tell you I sit there for so long trying to decide and i’m met with patience and advice on what would be good in my drink because i always like adding flavors and cold foam etc. ( they’re always right on what taste the best) My drinks are out within minutes and always SO GOOD. Every time I get my usual drink ( Iced matcha latte with sweet cream and milk with sweet cream chai cold foam) i always say “ this is definitely the best one i’ve had” and i catch myself saying it every time I order.“

“I am from New England so I grew up with Dunkin. The Southern Dunkin is nothing like New England. Donuts here are barely filled with a tiny squirt. They are sometimes stale and almost always out of one kind or another. On a few occasions they were completely out of donuts! So I don't have high expectations for Southern Dunkies. That said, the staff here were great and knew their drinks. Donuts....eh. Still much better than Krispy Kream.“

“best mcdonald's i have ever visited. we went around 4pm on a sunday and got 2 of those $5 meal deals. it was fast and fresh. the fries were hot. there was an extra nugget in my 4pc, and they weren't stingy with the sauces. everyone working was incredibly polite. keep up the good work, y'all! we were impressed!“
