It's KFC. This location was clean and the staff was very pleasant.
made us wait for food for almost 15 minutes whilst giving this lady behind us her food when we were there way before her, found gross random pieces of food on the box, which arent even apart of any food in there. mid. do better.

I spent $39+ and got to Pikeville and only had half of my order after waiting for 20 minutes. Let's not forget when I placed my order the person took about 5 minutes to check and see if they had any chicken available. It's a chicken restaurant. How do you not have chicken? My next visit will be to talk with a manager and a refund that I deserve.
