We were traveling through town to Chattanooga. I saw the restaurant and reviews on FB, thought be good place to grab breakfast halfway into our day trip. It was early like 7-7:15. Server was nice at first, restaurant was pretty clean but couple tables not bussed yet. Only one server. Like I said very nice, did notice he was carrying a side arm. I used to really like Dunlap Restaurant but now the food just isn’t good. Today I went and had beans. They taste like some one had poured a bottle of vinegar in them. I told the lady when I paid for our meal but she didn’t offer a discount or anything to make it up. Just wasn’t good at all. Floors also need stripped and cleaned.
This was one of the best “home” breakfast we’ve had in a very long time. All of it was so good and reminds you of good ol homemade breakfast! 💯 recommend
