They had a rough start but they really fill their bowls up. You can get chicken add queso for barely over $12 after tax and it's two meals for that price. It's huge.
Edit: Just got a burrito with so little chicken that it's essentially a rice burrito. The cheese and queso didn't help it either. Everything was overwhelmed by the rice. I added chili-corn salsa and they were so cheap that I even didn't get enough corn. That's a whole new level of cheap.
Great managed location- always clean and always have menu items available

Chipotle Mexican Grill receives mixed reviews regarding its food, service, and cleanliness. The food quality varies; some customers praise the well-seasoned chicken, the guacamole being consistently on point, and the new chimichurri sauce. Portions are sometimes satisfying, with burritos described as appropriately quite large when extras are ordered. However, others report significant issues with portion sizes and value, finding items like a beef barbacoa burrito or a rice bowl to have barely any meat, double steak, or rice, essentially leaving a customer with a rice burrito. The food is sometimes reported as old and cold.
Service experiences are also inconsistent. Some encounters are positive, with workers described as working very hard and a staff member at the window being very polite. Orders placed through the app can be received in a timely manner. Conversely, other customers find employees not friendly at all, with slow lines and staff appearing unwelcoming to first-time visitors.
Cleanliness is a repeated concern. The seating area is often noted as neglected, with dirty tables that look wiped with a dirty cloth, trash cans so full that trash is left on high chairs, and nobody wiping tables off. While some are excited to have a Chipotle close by, others decide they will not go back due to these experiences, especially considering the price point, which is seen as a lot for a fast-food place.
