Hats off to these guys, they took care of me when other places did not. I walked down to there place from a hotel at about 920 pm and they had the door locked because the lobby was closed. So I called them to explain I had a semi and could not use the drive thru. They says “ no problem we will let you in “. The General Manager, Bradley L., is beyond impressive with his customer service and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for excellence. His leadership is reflected in the staff’s professionalism. However, some visits have mediocre food and poor service. People wait a long time, and the same person packing to-go orders takes orders, causing food to sit in the window getting cold. Construction noise and a very loud drink machine make for a not pleasant experience. Overall, the service can be consistently excellent or poor.
