This was my first time trying Red Chili in Elizabethton. I picked up my order of Cracking Rice to-go for lunch. My first impression is that it was significantly overcooked. The rice was so crunchy, and the chicken was very much like jerk chicken. Though I enjoyed the soy-based flavors and atmosphere of the establishment, I did not enjoy how over-done the dish was.
This is the best food in Elizabethton. It’s so good and I would absolutely go here before any other restaurant.
Outstanding authentic Korean restaurant! Three of us ordered and devoured everything like we haven’t eaten in days. Definitely a must when you hit up downtown historic Elizabethton TN!

Despite the occasional rude comments or long waits, the delicious food makes it worth visiting. Overall, Red Chili remains a recommended spot for those seeking a delightful Korean culinary experience.
