Scottie's Diner Etowah TN

Plenty of new offerings since the folks at Don Armandos bought this place. I ordered the Carne Asada street tacos and the taste was spot on. They had plenty of onion, cilantro , and lime to go along with them.

I have followed these restaurant owners from Athens to Etowah since their fire a while back. I love their Mexican food and my favorite is their fish tacos ? I am told by people who are from the other side of the US where Taco Trucks originated , that these are right on point with the best! On our way to Atl off highway 411 we decided to stop at this diner. The place on a sunday afternoon was fairly busy. We managed to get a spot on the patio on a cold afternoon. This diner has both southern cuisine and some Mexican options. We ordered boneless wings and shrimp fajitas. What really stood out was the fresh home cooked flavor.
