“I love sushi! Isshin is a family owned business in Fairview that just astounds the palate! I've been to some chain sushi and steakhouses, and they are ok, but isshin is at the top of my list for Japanese food. I've been going there for years having both lunch and dinner. Only once have been disappointed in the wait staff, but that was corrected quickly and haven't had a poor experience since. Honestly the best sushi and sashimi in the country as far as I'm concerned. It's the closest thing to authentic food I've come across since I was in Japan.“
