“Ate lunch there today (Labor Day) There was a mix up with our order and it took a long time to get our food. Staff was very apologetic, More than made up for it! Good business practices!!! Pizza was delicious when we got it and the ice cream was beyond fabulous! Thanks for great customer service!!“
“Small corner stall next to Starbucks. Has room for Four already to go Personal Pan Pizzas. Choice was limited Three cheese and one pepperoni. Pepperoni was done and not doughy in the center. Crust was crisp, but not over done. Counter person seemed knowledgeable and friendly.“

“This is maybe our 4th time for buying pizza at this location. Often, we have done a deal from our cell phone provider and no problem, pizza good, hot, pretty much right amount of everything. Guess we're not too too fussy.Yesterday, ordered the supreme pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green pepper and onions.I ordered online, using the app, did an ASAP, went to drive-thru, rather than in store or delivered, and came home with a still fairly warm pizza that we easily zapped in the microwave.Pizza had ample ingredients on it, pizza dough was great, sauce just right and we were totally content.Really can't ask for much more, especially with the pricing. To me, they usually do what they know really well and we're happy they're close to our "hood".“

“A great lunch, as always, today at Italian Village in Fort Henry Mall! I had a slice with a generous amount of mushrooms and my husband had spaghetti and side salad with thousand island. There was a good lunch crowd. Please keep up the quality!“

Then we had a little bit of a wait for the wings, she came out check on us and apologized for the wait! She was amazing! “Mad Greek restaurant kingsport tn I went to this restaurant with my daughter today for the first time. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan pasta, Caesar salad, and mozzarella sticks. I have to say, this place was phenomenal. Everything was delicious. I greatly enjoyed myself as well my daughter. Highly recommend!! Beautiful atmosphere. Staff was impeccable.“

Parking: With new PetWorks store, parking has been cut in half. During high traffic time's, it can be difficult to park close.
Wheelchair accessibility: Would need assistance to get inside.“

“We have ordered delivery from here for sometime. We have always had good customer service. We’ve had the same delivery driver for a bit and he is always kind and thoughtful. Recently during the holiday season I forgot to pick up dinner. We called and they were closing in 20 mins. The delivery driver heard who it was for and said “ I know who that is, I’ll take it” I believe his name is George so if he’s your delivery driver please share a kind word and tip well.“

“They were understaffed so they didn't have the dining room open, however I was able to make a carry out order, which they delivered to my car for me. The pizza was really good, The price was bad either is $12.99 for any large I got a super supreme and a meat lovers with extra cheese and it was still only $30. Definitely wouldn't recommend.“

“Called in my order and they said it'd be ready in 13 minutes, it was ready when I arrived(3 minutes early) and the staff was not only fast, the food was delicious, and the customer service was top notch. Definitely recommend and will be back soon“

“I somehow managed to order my pizza to an address i lived at over 4 years ago. The driver called me right after i noticed my mistake and was on the phone with the store. He graciously brought it to my house despite the fact it was out of their zone and 20+ mins from their store. The pizza was delivered in perfect condition despite the hiccup, still warm and fresh. 1000% my fault for not double checking but they made the process seemless despite it being no fault of theirs! Thank you so much!“

“The guy in the back during the day is BOSS - I think his name is Devin. He has been there for years and can throw down. The sauce here tastes better than the one on Stone because he adds his special flare AND you know his kitchen is CLEAN. He's a classically trained chef or something I heard. As long hes there, I'll always get my family's weekly pizza lunch.“

“It's the closest pizza joint to our house. Good for delivery or pickup when we need a meal and don't feel like driving to JBoro or Greeneville. Pizza is good and the folks are nice. The App is kinda clunky but gets the job done. Will deliver in an 8 mile radius.“
