Really disappointed to learn that after waiting for an hour and others at my place of work received their food while mine magically disappeared after the office said the delivery driver forgot mine, said they would return, never came back, and then argued with me on the phone saying it was delivered when there were at least 3 minimum people in the office who witnessed this. i'd say this place is great but just about every single time i come here i order a sandwich or wrap and ask for jimmy peppers, or the sandwich already comes with them, and they neeever put them. idk what beef they have against jimmy peppers but im ready to boycott the place. other than that the sandwiches are good

3rd time ordering from this location since it opened. Sandwiches are made fine. However, twice we have tried ordering sandwiches with the added charge of avocados.. clearly written on our receipt. Twice we get all the way home and no avacados. Just frustrating paying for something and not receiving the product. Didn't go during a rush. Shouldn't keep missing details of orders.
