“This Jimmy John's delivers fast, consistent, and delicious food. I place pickup orders for lunch at least 1-2 a week and it is ready for pickup within minutes every time. They have never once messed up my order and the quality and quantity of the sandwiches is stellar. For sure better value and quality than competing sandwich chains. Staff is professional.

I recommend placing a order for pickup as a separate group makes the pickup orders and you don't have to wait through a line. Either way I can't recommend them enough.“

Campbell, KY, is excellent. My food was made quickly and tasted delicious, my service was excellent, and I will definitely go back again and again.“

She made it her duty to ensure that my lunch was fantastic after I’d had a less-than-stellar experience elsewhere. “This is one of the best Firehouse Subs locations I have ever been to. Everyone on staff is friendly, service is efficient, the restaurant is always clean or being cleaned, the food is good and, on the extremely rare occasion when the staff doesn't get something right, they fix it immediately.“

“I was highly disappointed to discover there are no highchair. We had a set of 10 month twins and nowhere for them to sit. We had to try to eat sandwiches with 1 hand and holding a baby. Crazy being 2024, with all our fancy technology, and no highchair.“

“I only went here, because we were seeing 2 movies across the street at Regal and we had a 90 minute break between them.
It is a small restaurant, but clean and in good repair. The staff were patient and very good with getting my kids's orders.
We go to the movies every week and now make a point to eat at this subway each time

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s location. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional. The restaurant was spotless, my order was prepared exactly as requested, and the service was impressively fast, true to Jimmy John’s “freaky fast” reputation.
What really stood out was the store manager. She is one of the hardest-working and most professional managers I have encountered. You can immediately tell she takes tremendous pride in her work and genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. Her leadership, attention to detail, and positive attitude create an atmosphere where everything runs smoothly.
What impressed me most was that even when the store ran out of bread yesterday, she stayed calm, found solutions, and still made everything work seamlessly. That kind of resourcefulness and dedication speaks volumes about her commitment to providing excellent service no matter what challenges come up. Instead of letting a problem derail the day, she handled it with grace and professionalism and kept customers satisfied.

“They haven’t made a mistake on an order yet. I work about a mile away from this JJ’s on Group Patrol Rd, have been going to it since it opened and usually rack up a $30 sub. They’re always chomping at the bit to make my sandwich, so I don’t know what these other reviewers are crying about. Remember, bad news is usually not the norm.
