I drive for Ubereats and went to pick up a delivery at 6 pm on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was closed but the sign on the front door said "Drive thru open"? I am confused?

The ladies working right now could not have been sweeter. I walked in and they told me it was drive thru only. So I walked back out. Then as one lady saw that I was walking across the parking lot to my work truck that was too big to even fit in the parking lot let alone the drive thru, she came yelling after me to come back. I'm back in my truck having lunch and I'm happy! Thank you!

The employees were polite and courteous but they were working in the heat, no central air. Also, this building needs to be cleaned and remodeled.

Delicious chicken sandwiches. I like their burgers, as well, but the store in Franklin at the Cool Springs Galleria tends to over cook the meat. I have heard others complain about that as well. Fried pickles and onion rings are good. I don't buy tea there because it tends to be weak. Unfortunately, the other store in Franklin closed and the one in Brentwood reduced their hours. Before that, I went more often

After being closed for two years, I heard this location in Cool Springs finally reopened. Went there on Sunday afternoon and they were closed. Called today to see if they had reopened and talked to the manager who answered the phone. This is what she told me. They reopened in August, but she only has ONE employee and because they are short-staffed their hours "vary." She said Monday-Thursday they are usually open until 6:00. WTH?? She went on to say that on Fridays and Saturdays they close at 7:00. They are closed on Sundays because "she needs a day off." She said that these hours vary because sometimes she doesn't have anyone to work. FFS. I'm never eating there. What restaurant closes at DINNER TIME?!?! You can just imagine the quality of the food you would receive at this completely mismanaged and unorganized restaurant. Consider yourselves warned.

First time I had been to Back Yard Burger in a couple of years. I was surprised by how their prices had gone up since I was last there. I ordered the classic hamburger and was very disappointed, it was very dry, however my husband had the fried mushroom Swiss burger and he thought it was good.
