I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. “Older lady working the counter. Brought in my two boys I nanny, for a strawberry sundae with sprinkles and a cup of chocolate with sprinkles. I was very clear that they had to have sprinkles and even the boys told her. Well one got sprinkles. The other didn’t. She said no problem when she brought the order to the table. So we waited. And waited. She took other people their orders and then she saw us and said oh it’s coming. Then a few MINUTES later said well it wasn’t rang up on your ticket so I am going to need 89cents more (I don’t carry cash) so I had to give her my card to get a little boy a spoonful of sprinkles to put on his half melted ice cream. Come on now….“

“I have been to this location a couple of times and the food has been good many times and a couple of times it lacked freshness like it usually does. But overall my food is always fresh tasting. One thing that has never changed was the service at the drive thru. Monna is a jewel. Always friendly.. always asks how you’re doing. She’s so very pleasant and professional. She really does deserve a raise because she’s such a people person and she puts a smile on anyone’s face. 🙏🏽🙏🏽… MONNA you ROCK!!!!!. First time ever ordering the chicken. This was definitely a hit. but this particular location is BY FAR THE BEST ONE I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!! The works are exceptional, everyone is seriously smiling!! Extremely efficient, fast moving & good at what they do!! You get what you have ordered!! The store is easily the cleanest, the floors are NOT greasy & slick, all the tables are wiped down. It’s just the best!!

“Carhops are very efficient, I ordered a unsweet tea & a #1 burger, one of the best burgers that I have had from a Sonic in a long time, and the Pulaski Sonic, they both have great burgers, My Carhop that day was Caroline, she was quick to get my food to me, and she did it with a smile, very nice young lady. Next time I am there, I will stop in again“

“I have been all over this nation, I've been to many, many Taco Bell locations. My favorite thing on the menu is the Mexican Pizza. Sadly, so many Taco Bell's give absolutely little to no care about the product. They come out looking pathetic with barely any ingredients and/or their rancid. I actually quit coming to Taco Bell together during the Mexican Pizza hiatus. When they were reintroduced, I quickly came back to get my favorite product. Only to become quickly disappointed in the quality and quantity of the ingredients. I then once again quit coming to Taco Bell...

Last night (Saturday, August 30th), it was late, I hadn't eaten and the part of town I was in, my options were Wendy's or what I like to call Toxic Hell. I reluctantly chose Taco Bell.

I placed my order with Malcom whom was very professional and accurate. I ordered 3 Mex Pizzas and a large Pepsi. Once I received my order, I could immediately tell the weight of the bag certainly wasn't under par this time! I quickly opened my product and much to my surprise, these pizzas looked like I used to get them in the early 2000's! They were properly loaded (like they should be) with the proper toppings and fillings. Not only did they absolutely look amazing and to spec, they tasted even better!!! They were fresh, not rancid, and were incredibly filling for my huge appetite. I raved about them to my wife and daughter. I then tried to call to compliment the cook and get their name. However, I didn't get an answer on the phone. I then went back to the location and much to my surprise, they had a decent length of a line for drive through. Henceforth, why the phone wasn't answered. I made my way back to the window and praised all the staff and got the names of the two fine cooks that should be training people nation wide on how to properly make a Taco Bell Mexican Pizza. Tony & AJ, I am here calling you out on Google reviews for all who look at reviews to give you a pat on the back. Your finished product was amazing! I WILL be back to this location and hope that these three are working again because they restored my faith in the Taco Bell franchise! Cooperate, take note! You have a great staff with these three and I hope that they receive praise and appreciation for their attention to detail, making a great product and customer satisfaction. Malcolm, Tony and AJ, thank you. I'll be back. I appreciate a great visit.“

“This has been my favorite Mexican spot in Franklin for years. There has been a recent change in staff and the girl working up front is just horrible. They’ve made mistakes on my order several times and she just hangs up when I called to have it fixed. She has hung up otherwise when I call to check on the status of an order. Hope they can improve their staff because this place has always been a great mom and pop shop.“

“You get some good deals with great food. McDonald is one of my favorite places for a quick lunch and dinner. My kids love McDonald’s fries and kids meal (happy meal). In one step ahead they love the playing area. It is very quick to order the food and it’s barely have any waiting time even in the peak hours.
About food perspective, it’s about the same quality as other McDonalds. The menu prices are cheap to moderate. Your stomach full if you have just 2 USD plus tax (a McChicken is a dollar).
There are some variety in upper prices like double McChicken etc.,
Also, you will get your favorite McCoffee is about one dollar in any size like Small, Medium and Large.
Now, McDonnald has a self-service kiosk. You can order your food there itself and wait for the server to call your token.
The fries are tasty and you will get in all 3 sizes (small, medium and large). The price wise just a small margin differences between the fries sizes.
Apart from that you will get nice ice cream for the lowest price.
This McDonald was clean and neat including restrooms.
Also, the drive in was fast. You can quickly order and while you’re driving to the next Window your food will be ready.
I had a great experience there.
