“We stop by a couple times a month to pickup dinner for 1 child. This location is always attentive and nice. Like all Chick-Fil-A's they go out of their way to be courteous and polite. We've never had an incorrect order or anything but freshly prepared food. Nothing has ever been cold or seemed like it's sat under a heat lamp. We will continue to come here and find that it is a very convenient location for us.“

The staff was friendlier than my grandma at Thanksgiving, and my order was ready faster than I could say 'my pleasure.' The sandwich was hot, the fries were crisp, the tea was perfectly sweet, and the cookies were like a warm hug. Five stars, because this Chick-Fil-A knows how to deliver both food and smiles with impeccable speed and style!“

“A kind, older, gentleman took my order a short time ago. He was incredibly nice. I am traveling. I am weary, traffic is bad. And a big ice storm is coming into the midwest in a few hours. I was not in a good mood. I bought several candy bars. (I figured if I get stranded, at least I won’t starve.) His banter with me took me away for a bit and I forgot my worries. I’ll say it again, the farther south we travel the kinder the people are.“

“I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming back. You rock Coolsprings team!“

“Carhops are very efficient, I ordered a unsweet tea & a #1 burger, one of the best burgers that I have had from a Sonic in a long time, and the Pulaski Sonic, they both have great burgers, My Carhop that day was Caroline, she was quick to get my food to me, and she did it with a smile, very nice young lady. Next time I am there, I will stop in again“

“I’ve made a run for the border many times! This was hands up my best run ever! Typically when approaching the border I’ll get ignored by the border agents as it’s assumed I’ll eventually find the ordering kiosk or give up and self deport. Imagine my surprise when someone greeted us and made us feel at home like it was I don’t know the 90’s or the 50’s! I was there with traveling companion who accompanied me to my dental cleaning appointment. I wasn’t planning on eating out, but they had other ideas. As we had already driven away from another Franklin location I thought we’d go to the one in Cool Springs since we were heading over there anyway. I’ve been to this location several times, awhile ago, doing Uber Eats pickups and trying to survive the disastrous economy following the bioweapon attack! I believe the name of the man was Ron that greeted us, took such good care of us and followed up to see how our meal was! There was also a sweet lady there we talked to about our cat! I am issuing an Executive Suggestion based on years of service industry work. I would advise this location be used as a training store or at least Ron and the lady who knows our cat’s name! Yo Quiero Taco Bell!“

“This has been my favorite Mexican spot in Franklin for years. There has been a recent change in staff and the girl working up front is just horrible. They’ve made mistakes on my order several times and she just hangs up when I called to have it fixed. She has hung up otherwise when I call to check on the status of an order. Hope they can improve their staff because this place has always been a great mom and pop shop.“

“It was close to closing time .. and Bless the managers heart, he welcomed us in! Our food was prepared quickly and yes!!! They had the tallow fries ... piping hot and SO DELICIOUS! “You get some good deals with great food. McDonald is one of my favorite places for a quick lunch and dinner. My kids love McDonald’s fries and kids meal (happy meal). In one step ahead they love the playing area. It is very quick to order the food and it’s barely have any waiting time even in the peak hours.
About food perspective, it’s about the same quality as other McDonalds. The menu prices are cheap to moderate. Your stomach full if you have just 2 USD plus tax (a McChicken is a dollar).
There are some variety in upper prices like double McChicken etc.,
Also, you will get your favorite McCoffee is about one dollar in any size like Small, Medium and Large.
Now, McDonnald has a self-service kiosk. You can order your food there itself and wait for the server to call your token.
The fries are tasty and you will get in all 3 sizes (small, medium and large). The price wise just a small margin differences between the fries sizes.
Apart from that you will get nice ice cream for the lowest price.
This McDonald was clean and neat including restrooms.
Also, the drive in was fast. You can quickly order and while you’re driving to the next Window your food will be ready.
I had a great experience there.

He greeted people and called by name saying good bye and thanking everyone for choosing Taco Bell. Very refreshing to have such friendly service and making me feel like a valued customer. “I come to this Subway at least once a week as it's very convenient to my work. The employees are always very friendly and engaging. The produce quality is always top notch, and definitely on the highest side of what you expect to get at a Subway.“

“When they're freshly made, soft and warm out of the oven, they're the best! Sometimes the pretzels are overdone and too brown which tends to cause them to not be soft. Its the luck of the draw and depends on the person doing the baking. You don't know if they have been sitting awhile, so I ask and if they are not freshly made, I wait or come back for the fresh batch. Worth it! 5 stars if fresh; 3 stars (or less) if not.“
