I had the Quinoa Black bean burger with 12 Karats coffee.
Vegetarian options: I had the Quinoa and black bean burger with avocado mash and spring mix with balsamic dressing. The burger was well cooked but soft texture allowed it to fall apart when eating as a burger. I did decided to use a fork. I had 12 Karats coffee and it very good. It reminded me of Thanksgiving and homemade carrot cake bread. I enjoyed the service and the food. I am glad I stopped by.

Great place to hang out for all meals of the day along with coffee/cocktails. The team here has a lot of personality. Not a great place for studying or computer work due to there not being a single outlet available for customers

The Franklin location had a great vibe. The staff was super helpful and I had the best cold coffee drink ever...yes...ever. I'm not sure why this one was so great but my wife and I hung out on the front porch and chilled with coffees for an hour. Then we bought a cool t-shirt so we are now walking adverts for them. And got some ground coffee, we love 12 South btw. And some cold brew concentrate which we are still enjoying each day. Highly recommended.

The waitress was kind enough to share the details of the product they use, which added a thoughtful touch to the experience

Love your place but NOT happy you got rid of some of the items from the menu. I had to take a break from you guys because of that. It's a good thing you didn't get rid of the Salmon because I would have been DONE with you guys on that. I still love your food ??????❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had brunch there today with my lovely and our youngest…he still thinks we’re cool, ? but it was his suggestion and are we glad he did. First off, the vibe is so cool. The restaurant/cafe sits comfortably in the old Parson’s House of the one of the churches close by. We were sat immediately and once our party was all there our orders were taken at once. FM has it goin on. I’m a stickler for atmospheric music, if you’re in a sushi restaurant and smooth jazz is oozing over the speakers uhhh nah! FM was throwin down the sounds of my youth which pared nicely with our brunch. If you’re visiting Franklin and the historical downtown district do yourself a favor and go check out Frothy Monkey.

We stopped in one afternoon recently while it was raining. The vibes of the rain mixed with the inside vibes gave me all the fall feels. I felt like I was in a coffee shop in Boston. It was heavenly. Anyways, the staff was great, the menu had lots of variety. There was a fresh flower on each table. As you are seated they greeted us with water. The charcuterie board was the perfect “girl dinner.” I can’t wait to stop back in.
Parking: There is construction out front but paid parking is available around back.

Frothy Monkey was great to us! We were a large group meeting for the first time and easily made a reservation thanks to Margot’s swiftness. The staff were great and really patient during ordering as we waited for more members of the group to pop in. The back room was perfect for what we needed and the food was delicious! Cant recommend Frothy Monkey enough!!!☕️?
