Not one for franchise anything, but it was solid ice cream for sure. Attentive and friendly service.Service. Franklin Mud was the flavor I believe. Ice cream and waffle bowl were fresh and delicious.

There is nothing better than Kilwins in downtown Franklin! The customer service is always spectacular, and the samples are a generous and delicious treat while browsing. We love the apples, the fudge, and the ice cream equally. It's all delicious and high-quality, and the atmosphere is friendly and fun.

This is a great dessert shop if you need a variety of items to select from . The prices are a bit high for the size and the fact it is mass produced. The desserts are good here but it is not outstanding. I encourage you to go down the road and visit Whitney's Cookies instead for a truly great dessert.

Kilwins is one our must stop spots! They are always so nice and fun. You can taste any fudge you’d like to try before you buy but honestly you cannot go wrong here! The apples can be sliced if you’d like and the ice cream is pretty good. So, if you’re in Franklin stop in and give them a try!
Amazing fudge and very good service. My only negative is I wished you guys would only allow customer seating outside. A group of ladies who weren’t even customers were taking up both your tables. Will definitely return!
