Little Hats Italian Market Cool Springs is an impressive restaurant with a bar, market, and large outdoor space. The food is amazing, excellent, and fantastic, with very well-prepared dishes and so much flavor. Larger than average portions are generous, great for splitting, and made with the freshest, high-quality ingredients. Specific highlights include the Traditional Sub, spicy Italian, Chicken Parm, pasta, and the excellent potato salad. Don't sleep on the house pickles, which are excellent. The market side offers a very nice selection of Italian food items and many cool, high quality products. The staff are very kind and nice. Parking is a breeze. There is plenty of room to sit with a variety of seating arrangements.
