“Excellent Menu, Friendly Staff, Great Food!“

“Man I wish I took a picture of my plate! This is my second time I have eaten at brown bag. First of all, I am crazy happy to support such a great cause! But Morceau, their food is killer! Easily the very best lunch and all of Franklin it is so fresh and the food is all perfectly cooked. And for those who care, I also like that, they do have nutrition facts on their website, which makes it helpful to choose Wise foods on certain days. I will be back multiple times.“

“BrickTop's Cool Springs has a wide range of really good food at affordable prices. The entire staff from the top down are all amazing. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and very welcoming. Some of my favorites dishes are the fish tacos, grilled shrimp tacos, and so many other dishes at BrickTop's. The avocado toast and the donuts that are only served for Sunday Brunch are a favorite as well.“

“For a Wednesday evening the restaurant was very busy. The service was slow. The bar got two drinks wrong and was very slow. The server was apologetic but very courteous. The food when finally received was excellent. And the pricing was very high. The noise level was unacceptable. So loud you had to strain to hear your guests across the table and had to speak very loudly to be heard.“

“We decided to try as a family as we had been to the one in Tucson several times and loved it. This location definitely has a more formal atmosphere than the Tucson location though. Food was really good—we especially loved the chicken katsu sandwich. However, they messed up one of the orders, bringing out the wrong dish and insisted on making and bringing the correct one, which was nice, but then proceeded to charge us for the incorrect dish they originally brought out, which was more expensive, so it was rather odd…we will likely return but hope this doesn’t happen again.“

“I have been eating at this location for over 6 yrs and NEVER is there a NEW or added item. The menu remains the same. The majority of restaurants that ae visited, have new items added and in 6 yrs. this menu remains the same. Perhaps maybe I should go somewhere else to eat. I can not believe that this has not been brought to your attention long before now. When will a new item be added???“

“Stopped here for a gluten-free bite and was blown away! Service was lighthearted and swift, food was out of this world delicious, and most importantly it was safe for me to eat. Very fresh menu with great options for vegan/gf/vegetarian or just those looking to eat clean. I had no bad reactions and all menu items were very clearly marked. I will visit again!!“
