Went to a pizza party at my apartment complex. The manager ordered $300 worth of pizzas that didn't get delivered. When the manager went to their facility their manager gave a lame excuse why the pizza order did not get processed. He reluctantly returned the money and told her " maybe you should have bought them somewhere else". How is that for customer care?
I don’t know why I keep ordering from Papa John’s. Their delivery SUCKS! I order pizza an hour and a half ago and it’s still “being prepared”. Um, I call BS. I get it that it’s Friday night but COME ON. Figure out a system and deliver pizza faster. It’s ridiculous. Will have to set a reminder somewhere to never order from them again. And the worst part is that I have 3 hungry kids that keep asking where the pizza is and I don’t have anything to tell them.
