It's like they are two different companies. I don't understand how Puckett's in Hendersonville can be so horrible, and this one in Franklin is so good.J. L.

Our two most recent experiences at Puckett’s have been night and day. We took family here in October 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Food was delicious and we couldn’t wait to come back. Our most recent visit in April 2024 was nothing like the last. The food came out incomplete in many ways (missing coleslaw, missing half of the bbq for an item). The country fried steak was so salty we could barely eat it. In general, it just seemed like everything was off and when we left we were unsure when our next trip back would be. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very good but our experience with the food left something to be desired. Hopefully it was just a one off night because this is a fun spot in downtown Franklin.

This review is late. We actually ate here on Monday 11Dec23. We had gone to Nashville to attend a one of the 'kids' finishing off at Vanderbilt. That kid wanted to go to a 'pop up' Christmas bar/resturant. There was one in Franklin which when we got there and saw caused us to keep walking which was good thing. We stood on the corner trying to figure out where to go and salvage this evening when I spied Puckett's Resturant. One of our son in laws quickly checked out reviews and we went there. I was quick pleased with our choice. They had live music, open space with accents of Christmas deocorations and very nice wait staff. The food was awesome and yes at a responsible price and quantity. It looks it was actually a story turned into a resturant.

First time. Out of Towners, visiting friends. They suggested it, and we're so glad they did. The wait was about 30 minutes at 1pm, not bad for lunch hour and worth it. I blew my diet and had the country fried steak,a weakness of mine. The others had various BBQ selections. All were happy. Great beer selection too.
Nice restaurant, breakfast was good had the fried chicken with apple jacks pancakes,good service and the place has a nice cozy vibe ,have tables for big families. The biscuits are good and

Everything was okay. Columbia location is significantly nicer.
We both got the Southern Fried Chicken and it was delicious. We each got a beer that was tasty. Servers and host were very friendly. The green beans were obviously canned and awful. Corn cakes not so good. My sweet potato fries arrived barely warm. I guess I should have complained, but I didn’t. Overall it wasn’t the meal experience we had hoped to have.

Came here with a party of 8 for breakfast. They sat us at a big table together and the service was great. The skillet cinnamon roll was delicious. I also had the Fried Chicken and Applejacks. Everything tasted good and the portions were perfect. I hope to be back for more soon!
