We visited The Red Pony tonight for the first time to celebrate our anniversary; the experience was great from start to finish! Fantastic food, cozy, warm atmosphere, and a friendly, attentive server. I HIGHLY recommend this place! The establishment is small, so it's easier to get reservations mid-week.
This was our first time visiting Red Pony as we're new to town and we were very impressed! Everything was delicious. From the drinks to the apps and the entrees. We had the bread service and grilled lamb chops for apps, the butternut bisque, the hickory grilled bone-in ribeye and the meatloaf. Dinner at Red Pony was theater for our senses. We even asked for a menu again so we could see ingredients that were giving us such great flavors in food and drinks. Brie, burrata, focaccia, ribeye, potatoes, butternut squash, salad greens, pears, hazelnuts, and broccolini were foundations for dishes that had sauces, or mixed cremes, pickling, or were grilled to make new flavor profiles that brought smiles.
