I love Vui’s! A friend introduced them to me a couple years ago, and any chance I get, I keep coming back and bringing new people to experience the goodness. I absolutely love the pho and the noodle bowl. Their new spicy tacos are also delicious. The staff is always very kind and friendly. This place is a win all around. My only request would be that they go back to serving the cucumber as cucumber sticks instead of half circle slices :-)
I didn’t go to Vui’s thinking I would get a slow cooked traditional Vietnamese dining experience paired with a hot cup of tea to get me through a cold Tennessee night. I actually got exactly what I was hoping for, which was an approachable selection of Vietnamese favorites to share with my three teenage boys who have never tried Vietnamese food before.
