Wendy's in Franklin

“So I like Wendy's food and this was no disappointment. However their new system won't ring up individual burger patties. So I have service 3 stars for not being able to order my usual. But I do want to totally blame the staff cause it wasn't her fault service was unsatisfactory. So atmosphere gets one star because the top of leadership is responsible for that and the menu restriction as far as I can tell. I will say the gal behind the counter did well to help me find a solution. It was very good but I don't like paying for what I am not getting and I appreciate when a restaurant can comply with my dietary restrictions. I dunno, may not be back to this location.“

“I know doing a Google review for Wendy’s may be strange, but listen to me. I have never had a soggy fry or chicken nugget from this place. Every time my food is HOT out the fryer and so good. Their Coca Cola is the perfect blend of carbonation and sweetness. Again, I can only speak for nugs and fries, but they never miss here.“
