Wendy's in Clarksville

“I ordered and paid for an oatmeal bar along with my food. Then she realized they were out of oatmeal bars. She told the crew they were out and told me she’d bring me one. After 30 min no coolie then After asking twice another lady offered me a different cookie.“

“Had a great visit at Wendy's! The food was hot, fresh, and made just right. Burgers were juicy, fries were crispy, and everything tasted great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kept things moving quickly even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. Definitely a reliable spot when you want something quick but still good quality.“

“I love stopping at Wendy's for lunch. I use the mobile app so I can adjust my order. I love that! It is so hard sometimes to get them to put the order in right over the speaker. The nugget, burger, fries, and drink value meal is great. I have to eat as I work. Gives me plenty to snack on.“

“I came during peak lunch rush, which Google said wasn't as busy as usual. However to me, they looked pretty busy. Full drive thru, so I decided to go inside. Dining room probably 3/4 full, people waiting on food, people in line ordering, and people coming to pick up for who ordered off the app. I ordered and waited at the counter watching everyone doing something. None of the workers were standing around, and everyone was working together. My food was hot, the service was quick and although I ordered no onions, and still got them, I was still very impressed.“

“Came in crying because I got my first apartment, and I was sooo happy. Patrick took the time to ask if everything was okay, when I let him know the situation he said he was so proud of me and was super supportive, got my order placed fast and pointed out the napkins (because yes I WAS ugly crying). I sat down and he brought over my drink and food personally with a note on the receipt saying “I’m so proud of you!” Was super sweet over all! One of the gms(didn’t catch his name unfortunately!) also stopped to make sure I was okay, and practically screamed I’m so proud of you! While on the way to the bathroom! Super supportive people, best service I’ve gotten at a Wendy’s overall!“

“Wanted to share that on 7/1/2025 I had a very pleasant experience at this Wendy’s!! I have a stressful job and today the breakfast was very fresh and the crew was amazing! This sure made my day start off much better! Keep up the great work! Keep smiling😊“
