Wendy's in Franklin

“I am just here to say that this Wendy's straight up just came through for me. I asked if the chicken wrap could be crispy chicken instead of grilled, and they happily put at least 2 fat chicken tenders on my wrap. This thing is the size of a burrito with really fresh fries and a delicious frosty. Thx yall“

“Food was good service was good price was a little more than I thought it was going to be just wanted the regular small size combos they automatically charged me for medium-sized and did not ask me if I wanted to increase the size of the combos which I did not“

“I unapologetically proclaim that the Dave’s Double at Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food burgers. It’s just absolutely perfect every time. And for about $8, it is a far better bargain than Shake Shack or Five Guys.
Today, at this Franklin location was no exception. It was just as delicious as every other Dave’s Double I’ve had. My service was pretty good, but I’m taking a star away because I witnessed an employee being short and rude to another customer just because the customer was asking about her order. Not cool.“
