Wendy's in Franklin

“Service is good but almost always out of baked potatoes and not the slightest care in the world(most of the staff is good and kind) But allso don't always make the sandwich the way one requested it (like no lettuce or tomato) amd they quickly walk away from you to ignore what you said about it. Takes alot of back and forth to get it resolved. Overall good service.“

“Ok, this is the best Wendy's in the region.

We have one near our house and it always...leaves something to be desired.

Not so with this location.

The Frosty was freezing.

The burgers were juicy.

The fries were crispy.

And the kids meal toys were actually different (I mean c'mon people, two preschoolers can only get the same Wendy's toy do many times before they stage a revolt.)

I'll happily drive 20 minutes to this location over the one that's 5 minutes away.

Take what you will from that.
