“I came in through the drive thru after work(around 9pm). I am nervous when going places during "off" hours but my experience was great. My food was fresh, the cashier was kind and polite. My wait time was minimal. No complaints from me.“

“The girls at the drive thru were ON POINT!! They told me both their names but I can't remember. Seems like 1 of them was initials, anyway, great service, the food was good and they put a smile on my face after a pretty bad day. Props to the crew that day!“

“Came into grab lunch. Omg! The staff was Amazon! The lady who took my order with purple in her hair was super nice. Very sweet. There was also a older lady with grey hair and a visor hat on. She's got an amazing personality! Very nice with the guest. The foodwas damn damn good! Honestly hands down the best experience Ive had at any Wendy's in a long time. Definitely wayyyyyy better than the one on Dickerson Pike by my place. I only gave the atmosphere a 1 star because yall need to fix the air in this place. It was hot. It's bad enough these people in here working hard and already hot and this place don't have air. Ya'll (Wendy's) need to take care of that air. Your employees are amazing and working hard for you. You need to work hard for them. Absolutely Amazing! Im very impressed. Hands down the best experience I've had at a Wendy's in a very long time. Take care of that air for your employees.“

“I don’t know how this Wendy’s doesn’t have higher ratings. Maybe because it’s fast food so people just find things to complain about, but this is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. I go here almost everyday for my lunch break and the line moves super fast, my order is always right, and the food is literally always hot and fresh. On top of that they literally stay packed. At lunch the line will be put to the main road a lot of times and they’re still quick and food always good.“

“I was flabbergasted. I'm from Memphis and I've never experienced this type of service ever not even once in Memphis. Everything was so fresh. My order was ready before the cashier handed me my change and I ordered 5 different meals made five different ways. I didn't even have to repeat my order. I didn't have to take it back to do a remake because everything was perfect. In Memphis sometimes my order is done over 3 different times because they don't understand what no cheese means. This location is the best. Whenever You're in the Nashville area, please visit this location so you can experience the amazing experience like me and my family enjoyed.“

“The food quality here is fresh every time I come, even today with the small problem I had. I had to keep repeating myself to the person on the speaker who clearly was distracted by his co workers speaking to him. I only wanted my burger replaced with lettuce, I did not know how complicated this would be considering this fast food chain does this often.. a woman had to come on the mic to continue to take my order. After clarifying what I wanted she assured me it was correct. I get back to work and open the box with my burger and see I was only given one piece of lettuce and the nastiest piece they probably had on hand. Also was missing my sauces and had to go back in for them. I would recommend this location only if your order is straight off the menu board and no accommodations are needed“

“I always use the drive thru. The people working here are always so friendly and helpful. That means as much to me as good food. I ordered two singles and large fries. The food was fixed exactly as I requested. It was hot and it was perfect! This is my favorite Wendy's in the Nashville area! They always get it right!“

“Came in and asked what the fastest sandwich they could make was, and the cashier said they’re pretty fast so anything’ll only take a minute. So I got a big bacon classic and waited around and was not disappointed. I wasn’t counting but that is the FASTEST burger from a wendy’s and surprisingly the tastiest! For some reason this place either has the best ingredients or maybe the best workers or something, but I have had wendys maybe 85 times but this burger made me write my first wendys review. The fries were good too. Would eat here again if i lived in this city. 10/10“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize this Wendy’s location. Every time I visit, the team is consistently kind and welcoming at the drive-thru.

Yesterday, 3/24/26 they were experiencing technical difficulties with the drive-thru, and customers had to come inside to place orders. While it was definitely an inconvenience, the staff handled it so well. They were aware of the situation and remained polite, patient, and courteous throughout.

Fast forward to today, 3/25/26 and I came back for lunch again. The employee working the drive-thru at 12:27 PM was absolutely amazing. She took orders with such positivity and made each customer feel seen and appreciated, which truly uplifted my day.

Kudos to this entire team. You all are a breath of fresh air, especially during the busy lunchtime rush. Thank you for your great service, and I hope you all have a wonderful day!“
