“Possibly the best Wendy's restaurants in the Nashville area. I sent my mobile order and was delayed getting to the restaurant. Once I got there, the manager told me he'd just thrown my food away because I didn't answer. I told him I understood and was going to take the L. He offered to make my food fresh and asked me if I had time to wait. I'm thankful for him taking the time to do that although he didn't have to. Outstanding customer service!“

“Food was exquisite and they were quick to make it despite there only being two workers. Both workers on shift, one being a short black lady with short dreadlocks and taller black man with long dreadlocks were full of hospitality despite them visually being tired. Give these people a raise!“

There's only One that I've been To that I Will Not Go back..Vegetarian options: Wendy's being a burger restaurant doesn't serve a whole lot of vegan dishes however they will if you order their salads and other dishes and sides they will accommodate you the best way they can their salads are always fresh they always have a truck that brings fresh ingredients I've seen it with my own eyes..Kid-friendliness: Wendy's has always been a kid friendly restaurant. They give to a adoption agency to get kids adopted that are in foster care you can see the artwork after the kids are adopted all over the restaurants that these families make together and they are beautiful take a gander at some of it when you visit. There's also a donation Box right there in front of the register..Parking: I've never had a problem finding a parking spot, even for me that has to park in wheelchair accessible parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is kind of a gray area most Wendy's have a wheelchair ramp but they're not all perfect sometimes you do have to go up onto the sidewalk, Not all, But some Don't have a Ramp.. they do however help you get in the hold the door they will even come out and help you if need beDietary restrictions: Any kind of dietary restrictions they will if you tell them they will make sure that you don't get anything that you are not supposed to get, just let them know when you order.“

“Visited this Wendy's last Friday for lunch while working in Antioch area. The line of vehicles at their drive thru was a bit long and decided to place my order inside. The wait inside was surprisingly short. The cashier was welcoming and courteous and apologized for the wait. I ordered a Biggy Bag to go. Everything was great. The sandwich nicely done, the french fries and nuggets were warm and crispy... Like they just came out of the frier. It has been a very long time since I had fries that are not soggy or reheated. I was very pleased with my experience and hope they keep up with the great customer service and excellent food preparation. ?????“

“Every time we go through this, Wendy's. The young lady in the window always is so Pleasant and welcoming gets our order, correct. “The food was above average compared to other Wendy's locations I have been to. I found the personnel working there to be pleasant and enjoyable to interact with. There was a green space across the parking lot, which doubled as an outside dining/picnic area. Although that might not be the intention.“
“Best Wendy's in the Nashville area! I have been here many times and the service is always excellent, the food is always fresh and delicious, served quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere is very inviting and the managers and employees present themselves as though they actually enjoy their work and your patronage. I would give them 6 stars if I could.“
