Manager and employee rude and disrespectful. Would not take our order inside so we had to order on the kiosk in the lobby. Unbelievable experience. Millions spent on advertising wasted in one visit.
First (and last) time going to this Wendy’s on Columbia Ave.
Was going to eat in their dining room, but so many flies inside, we changed the order to go and took it home.
It was also smokey in the dining area because apparently the exhaust for the fryers was broken.
The French Fries were lukewarm when we got them, so had to microwave them when we got home.

Got off to a slow start but they have been better every visit since then. Miss T is amazing. I would suggest giving them a shot. Might be busy but worth the wait. Love the store it's always clean and decorated for the holidays.
