When you order a Taco salad and have to go back to get the chili. That is ridiculous!!!!not the first time we have had problems with to go orders. And if you leave something out you should have delivery survive deliver it.
The last time I ate inside I ordered a hamburger with no cheese. It had cheese took it back, remake had nothing but cheese and meat on a bun.

I ordered a Double Combo, without cheese or tomato; I received a double with cheese and tomato.
Based on the large amount of mayonnaise on the sandwich, I would order without mayo if I ever came back. (Who eats mayo?)
Fries were warm, greasy and undercooked.
The tile floor is sticky.
The carpet has trash on it.
One trash bin was over full.
The tables are dirty.
