I went to KFC one evening back in July around 6:30 in the evening and I ordered 22 piece dinners and I requested a breast and a leg in each dinner. I also ordered one large side of mashed potatoes and gravy and one large side of coleslaw. When I got up to the window and paid for the order, the drive-through attendant told me to pull forward so I did. Never been treated so rudely. Apparently picking up my order was such a burden to them. Staff needs fired and new team in place.
I think KFC has given up on the Highway 96 location. It's dirty and I believe the chicken was refried from the day before. The tea had a strong chemical smell and was undrinkable. I love KFC but avoid this location.
