The guy at the counter was nice. He checked in the back for a certain flavor even when we didn't even ask him to. The lady that checked us out on the dunking side was nice too, and helped me figure out baskins excruciatingly frustrating app payment system. They were great. But what WASNT great was that most of the flavors weren't labeled, the freezer was a mess of ice, with freezer burnt ice in some of the ice cream. Could use a good melt and clean. All the ice cream...

I've got to give a big shout out to Jake. I came in to pick up an Uber order. Jake was the pinnacle of customer service. Had an issue with the order but he offered effective solutions to keep the customer happy. He pretty much runs the show too. There was a big line before me and he took care of everyone in know time. Jake deserves a big raise and a promotion. Jake you made my night.

Always great, I go here every so often to treat myself. They have some amazing Dairy free cookie dough ice cream, though I do wish they had more sugar free options, just to have more slightly healthier options.
