Funniest thing happened tonight. I called 615-442-1400 and placed an order. After not receiving the order, I called back. No order was ever placed. I asked to speak with the manager, but the phone rep put me on hold and he called and spoke with his manager. Manager was of no help.
Papa Johns has been delivering to all of my White neighbors all day and night, but not me...not the Black customer. I will be speaking out about this.
Ordered online and still had to wait an additional hour and fifteen minutes in the store for them to correct one of our three items. By the time I got home, the first two items were very cold. Definitely not worth the wait. Not offered a refund, voucher, free item... just an , ooops, sorry about that.
I have used this Papa Johns a few times since they opened and I never get less than amazing service. My son has an allergy to milk protein so pizza is not nice to him. This Papa Johns always goes above and beyond to insure my son in taken care of as well as the rest of my family!
