Bloom & Berry Coffee House

Highly recommend this adorable coffee shop!! We love coming to the Gatlinburg area and we just visited Bloom & Berry for the first time. We went 3 times in the week we were here on vacation. Delicious coffee drinks. 10/10

Went in for myself a coffee. I had my high maintenance 6 year old little girl with me, she wanted an ice coffee… they turned Santa’s cookie drink into an ice coffee for my little girl. It was very sweet how the lady taking our order picked up on that and even said ice coffee coming up for you ❤️. They also had some locals there that must come daily or at least multiple times a week which is always a good sign. The costumer service is amazing. Will stop in again when we travel up here.

We got coffee and sweets from here everyday on our trip to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains!! All the lattes are delicious, the morning buns are amazing, the staff is so nice!!

Went there two different times and got two different drinks. Both the iced pumpkin spice latte and iced campfire mocha were both very very bitter.

Would not recommend if you want a good morning coffee. Service was fine and the shop is cute but the drinks my wife and I got so 4 in total all were really bad.

We went a second time to be get something different and it was exactly as bad as the first time.

If I could create a coffee shop this would be it. Such a wonderful experience. We found it half way through our trip and I truly wish we would have found it first! The coffee was delicious (I got the iced Folklore) and my little one ordered the Campfire Mocha as a hot chocolate. The staff was down to earth and friendly. We came back twice more and got wonderful service each time. Truly a magical little place.

Kid-friendliness: We simply asked our drink to be a hot chocolate instead of a coffee and the accommodation was easily fulfilled with no problem!

Swifie coffee shop!! The have a Folkore and Evermore latte both super delicious and not too sweet! Step into the bathroom and see if you can find another Taylor Swift reference. The decor is so cozy and the owners are a delight! Just wish I had found this coffee shop sooner ?
