Purchased our tickets for the scenic lift and asked about where the best place to get the good German Octoberfest food was and we were told by the guy at the ticket counter that the best food was upstairs in the Restaurant. We were seated promptly with no wait and the menu appeared to have some good options. There was not a draft beer list available and they did not have Samuel Adams Octoberfest beer however they had their banner flags up around the bar area? (Strange) Not really...read full review
Although I was under impressed with Ober Gatlinburg, I enjoyed my lunch at the restaurant. I had the stuffed cabbage, husband had the Pork Loin Schnitzel with sides of red cabbage and German potato salad. Very good and Reasonably priced. Live music. Clean.

Definitely not what it used to be, also when we went there the computers were down so had to wait 2 hr to eat here. I hate to say it but there is nothing really amazing about the food here. If your hungry it works. Might be more happening during the winter. When ski resort is tuning!!
