I have been to a few Flapjacks and this was my least favorite. The parking lot was a nightmare, getting in or out. The seating was very crowded and cramped. The bench style seats are kinda low and uncomfortable. The food was as good as the rest of them though. The waiting area fills up quick.

Definitely do not show up right before closing time!! (They close at 1:00pm, we showed up at 12:30pm). Basically you get the bottom of the “barrel”! Food was terrible! Will NOT be returning!! Use better judgment than we did!

got on the waitlist and when we arrived somehow got marked as no-show after we checked in, not the best first impression, but got seated right after i asked about it. service was super fast and server was nice. the food was good, nothing special, but my husband got hash brown casserole and that was the best part, so make sure you get that.

Flapjacks Pancake Cabin is a great breakfast spot. Me and my mom went there for breakfast on vacation in late September, and it was a hit! The food was delicious, especially the sausage. That was amazing. I got the strawberries and cream pancakes, and they were delicious. It was fresh, warm, and fluffy. Our server was good, and he had personality, but it could've been a smidge better, but they were busy, and he still provided great service. I loved the log cabin vibe, and how the restaurant was set up was nice. Also, the drinks come in Mason jars, which was pretty neat. We both liked that. Overall, I definitely would go back.

We've eaten here every time we've visited Gatlinburg and it's always great. Can't go wrong with any of the food choices.

Cayla W. at the 478 East Parkway location was exceptional. She was attentive and kind. It is such a special treat we can get gluten friendly waffles and the servers/kitchen crew are very educated on how cross contamination works. We come anytime we are in the area
