I only hit one star because I don't know every time I called in a 3 days I was there the phone was busy.. and the one time I drove there they were closed..
If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely terrible service!!! We ordered our pizza at 8:34pm on 10/1/24. We were quoted 35-50 minutes. It’s been almost an hour and a half and still no pizza!! Tried calling the restaurant and it just rang and rang and no one picked up. We will be reporting the order as fraud to our bank. Definitely never ordering here again and will not refer anyone to you guys!! Anyone considering ordering from here, please don’t waste your time.

Can't rate anything since you litteraly can't order anything they won't even answer to put you on hold only way it seems you can order is a third party like Uber eats or grub hub.

Disappointed! Referred to us at resort check in as “the best pizza” and it was delivered to us cold. Took 1-1/2 hours vs 30-40 min as told when ordered. Sadly, we didn’t accept the delivery. $32 for a medium pizza…we expected it hot.

Stayed at the hotel close by so we thought we would try Genoa’s no regrets. We got the Philly steak pizza amazing. and the garlic knots love them. They were perfect.(picture of the pizza was the next day love good cold pizza.)

Worst food in both quality & taste. Less veggies in a veg pizza - medium size 25$ plus tip . Rude staff

, 22 bucks for a medium pizza, 6.95 for delivery ( the crust was soggy.) The toppings were great, and pizza was hot. The ladies that answer the phone were rude and not acting like they cared about customer service.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Frozen crust, gross, cheap toppings. Don't even bother.

Don't even bother. U will hate yourself for thinking it would b better than eating a notebook. Just chew paper... its much better
The NY style crust extreme pepperoni was pretty dang good. Nice and thin but still a good crunch and not too floppy. Made to order so we had to wait but it was worth it. I ate 2 pieces and was stuffed. I highly recommend. Very little seating though so plan ahead.

It's a really small place but the pizzas are big. Ours was a little over cooked but still good. The 2 ladies there weren't very welcoming, but I've worked with the public so maybe they'd had a rough day. Pretty expensive for just a pizza.
