We have dined at Howard’s for years, it’s always been great. However, the service this evening was terrible, and downright rude. The food was awful. Our waiter was basically MIA, food came out wrong and we sat for over 15 minutes before he showed up to even check to see if everything was ok. The waiter acted like he couldn’t care less, and made the excuse they were short-handed. Even after comping part of the bill, the manger still did not come over to address the poor...read full review
