“The food is delicious. From the biscuits and gravy to the city ham with a giant cup of coffee. It was the best breakfast we had while in Gatlinburg.Parking: This restaurant is only 1 mile up Hwy 321 from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Parking was easy.“
“The breakfast food was delicious. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the service was slow because they were short staffed. They do have parking shared with a hotel, but there were few spots open. They gave us a very nice discount at check out! We didn't have to ask.“
“Eating here was an unknown added benefit of staying at the Fabulous Arbors at Island Landing hotel and suites. We recieved free drink and pancakes for staying the night across the street so we thought we'd check it out. For an additional $5.99 we were able to upgrade our pancakes for the buffet. It was 100% worth it.Donna was our server. She was exceptional!! We all left super full and the food was really delicious. The restaurant was very clean and was busy but not over crowded.“
“Doesn't get much better then 12.99 for an all you can eat breakfast buffet that is fully loaded the whole time with great staff. Kristin was our waitress and she was awesome. She answered our questions on local eateries she liked and was such a nice person and had great customer service. I am in customer service as a manager and I know it's not easy and can be stressful to no end sometimes but she has a great personality and a positive attitude. We will be back and the food was also on point.“
“I would recommend you stop in and have breakfast here. It was friendly from the very first step in the door. Hostess talk with us about Mustang card and just about everything thing else. We .et Ms. Bobbie, SHE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She is part of our family now. The food was great and reasonably priced. It may be a wait but it is well worth it.“
“This restaurant did live up to the reviews on it. If pancakes are what you are looking for as a breakfast option then this is the place to be. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the breakfast options outside of that are extremely limited. Service was fast and friendly even though the place was packed with a constant flow of people. This is not the place if you are looking for a quiet breakfast by any means. But it was delicious, could have eaten breakfast here every day we were in town.Parking: There is no parking at this location. You will have to park in one of the lots or garages and walk to the restaurant. So factor in another $10-$20 for your total meal.“
