Wonderful food very nice and professional staff!!! Pizza was amazing and the toppings bowl was outstanding!!!! Highly recommend this poppa johns!! The staff even remembered us from last year !!!

Celebrating 1st wedding anniversary, my birthday, his birthday, And family from out of state I haven't seen in 5 years so we were hot, exhausted, and not in the mood to cook.
The pizza was ordered online with delivery. It was done AND delivered in no time. Hot, yummy, perfect!! 5 stars ?

Pizza was sub par. Veggie supreme barely had any toppings. Pizza was way undercooked. Plus I paid $55 for two medium pizzas!

We’re staying in a hotel in Gatlinburg. Got back late. Everyone is tired and cranky. We missed dinner because we had a large late lunch. I was sure we were SOL but my wife wanted to try ordering pizza.

Let me tell you what, I was wrong. That pizza was here faster than I’d ever imagine. It was hot. It was good. And the delivery driver was great. Thanks!

We bought multiple pizzas and asked for red pepper flakes and gave us less each time, they were very stingy.

Don’t order online here you will never get your food. Me and my friends were out of town and decided to order over $100 worth of food from Papa John’s. We had it set to be delivered to us but once we weren’t getting an update in regards to the delivery we called them and they claimed that they never got our order. We went up to the store showed them where the money had been taken from our account as well as the email that confirmed our order and they still refuse to give us any food. Imagine being out of town ordering Papa John’s, which is something that you can do in your own town, spending over $100 just to not get your food and have to spend additional money at another restaurant. Customer Service was terrible. I worked at a pizza franchise and if this would have happened to one of our customers once we confirm that the email was legit, and that the money was paid, We would have made the order and took up the issue on our end instead of making the customers pay for a system issue.

i paid $60 for 2 large pizzas , not even the bad part… both pizzas were not cooked all the way and i couldn’t even eat it . terrible just terrible!

Excellent atention

The toppings were scarce on my pizza, I had to wait awhile, and the store is gross. Not to mention the workers and manager in this store spend more time goofing off and talking than working. I even overheard them saying racists slurs in the back while I was waiting. Very unimpressed and disgusted with this store, I'd recommend the Dominos down the road.
