Starbucks in Gatlinburg

“I hate to sing them a little as almost everything was fine, but just know that this location is basically walk up only. There is no parking anywhere near it…unless you to pay $20 to park in a public lot to simply pick up a cup of coffee. The public lots are $20 even for 5 minutes. So this is not a good location if you are just driving to it. If you are in town and waking, it’s great.“

“I am a hard of hearing/deaf person. Unfortunately my hearing aids weren’t fully charged up today and weren’t working great, and on top of that I’ve lost my voice. But Natashia was such a great help! Oh my gosh I’ve never felt so accommodated before! She was mouthing things clearly and even writing it down when I couldn’t understand. And even took a moment to sign have a good day to me!! I loved it so much and the coffees were amazing as well!!“
