Starbucks in Knoxville

“I’ve been getting my breakfast, lunch, & even cravings at this Starbucks location on Chapman Hwy for almost five years now just for these specifically three reasons great customer service, always getting everything I ask for even if it’s my very specific brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, & the most friendliest workers. I really like how everyone in this store specifically always have made my orders with no problem or giving food half cooked like the others not to name any stores but I’d like to spread awareness about it so the Starbucks that’s bad which is Cumberland Ave they absolutely are disgusting don’t go there unless you get a drink. I am so glad I found this place this is the best Starbucks in Knoxville I really think the Chapman store is amazing I hope this review they read and get to gloat about being amazing plus I love tipping everyone their bc they deserve it they are phenomenal with service so if you want Starbucks go to this location bc they are amazing they’ll make sure you get it how you like it with no problem plus make sure to tip fairly as well!“

“I am a retired professor, who has been going to Starbucks coffee shops for decades. This particular coffee shop is one of my regular hangouts to read and relax over a cuppa or three. Very friendly and courteous staff. Plenty of space (it is larger than many other Starbucks coffee shops I have visited over the years), and parking is a breeze. Raj“

“I came in to have two drinks remade after another location made them incorrectly and I’m so glad I stopped here! Chloe greeted me right away and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful conversation while my family and I are traveling the South from New York. She remade both drinks without hesitation and made them perfectly. Chloe’s positive attitude and outstanding customer service truly made my day. She is a sweetheart and a fantastic asset to Starbucks!“

“This location is amazing! I was running super late for work and thought I put my coffee order and Lo and behold I did not! I put it in,

when I pulled in the parking lot. When I walked in they were working on a HUGE coffee order and I said can I cancel? I don’t have time to wait. The barista said no worries I’ll make it right now!

In less than 5 minutes the coffee was in my hand and I was walking out the door. Despite the huge order! They are always friendly attentive and polite!

“We love Starbucks in Turkey Creek! We feel comfortable meeting here for our business - sometimes an hour, sometimes several hours. Yesterday, we sat outside and it was hot, but they do have umbrellas for shade. The restaurant is always clean and service is great!“

which is a bummer..this location is normally pretty busy, almost all the time..is right off interstate, crossing traffic at this location can be challenging..
SBs is getting awfully pricey, it's now only a treat, not a everyday.

“Best store in the area if you want Starbucks. The atmosphere is nearly perfect (the acoustics are a bit echoey, but that’s a minor complaint), the service is top-notch, and the location is reasonably quiet despite being near a highway. They always get my order right and I never have any issues with their service.“

“This Starbucks is in the Ingles grocery store on oak ridge highway. The workers are great always have a smile on their face.

Kid-friendliness: They always offer the children their own little drinks this place is nice.

UPDATE!!! I just want to add I picked up my drink the other day this is now my starbucks... the new lady made it a little different and I ask the manager if the recipe changed she assured me that it had not been changed and asked me if she could remake the drink for me. I ask her would she please do so, Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure it was made right and you all are doing a great job!

UPDATE: yes there was a long wait, a day ago but what you failed to state was the lady in starbucks was left along with no help and she was doing her best all by herself. I was there too, I say at least a drink was made for you that want to give bad reviews. she was doing everything she could to make sure we all could get what we ordered. I will not STOP coming here.“

“I come here early mornings to pick up my drink, since it’s right on the way to the dog park. The barista always makes my drink perfect, just how I like it. Always an excellent experience here. I didn’t catch her name but will update this review when (if) I do. She deserves a shoutout and a raise ?“

“Starbucks located inside Target, haven't been to impressed with the cleanliness in the past but is really clean now and looks great. Really nice staff who made us a very good Iced White chocolate mocha with extra shot and Bacon Gouda Egg sandwich. Grandaughter along this time, she really liked her Summer Skies drink and grilled cheese sandwich.“

“This week I visited the Starbucks located inside the Hilton Knoxville several times. Each visit, the service was consistently friendly and fast. I ordered a Trenta Black Iced Tea on multiple occasions, and each time the drink was made just right.

What stood out was how efficient the staff were. Even on one morning when the line was long, the wait time was still short, and I had my order quickly. The team working here clearly knows how to keep things moving while still being welcoming.

Overall, a solid Starbucks location with great staff and reliable service.“

“The store ran out of protein milk after I had already placed my mobile order. (Stuff happens— no big deal) The staff were so nice to tell me and offer me a gift card for my trouble. The one in Bearden would’ve just made it with regular milk and told me it was protein milk lol“

Even though it’s inside a Target, I’ll happily skip a drive-thru to come here because their White Chocolate Mochas are unmatched. “I have been coming here for years a few times a week and it's always positive service until last week .I was served by a young girl named Melody who REFUSED to speak, ask for my order,or offer a receipt. I ask twice if she was OK because she was red in the face with an awful look. Not approachable at all! She refused to answer me by shaking her head and refusing eye contact. Hours later I was informed she didn't like me because she has a friend who doesn't like me. Never be a follower,as I do not her outside of Starbucks! This behavior and customer service was the worst interaction I have ever had here. I expect an apology before I call corporate and report her. There's no good reason to take on others issues and feelings just to make yourself feel accepted and impress your friends. Very immature behavior.“

“I went into downtown Knoxville to Starbucks to use my gift card. I saw online that there was a lot of seating and walked in and there was barely anything so I was confused but the deal is that if you buy coffee, you can sit in the hotel lobby area next-door, which is absolutely spacious, quiet, and beautiful. I was only bummed that I could not collect my Starbucks points for my purchase because they’re connected to the hotel so keep that in mind if that’s something that you want. other than that it was a great experience really nice staff. Such a great location and close to the marketplace.“

“This is our Go To place when we are in Knoxville until heading south for the winter. We feel close to the manager and staff who know us and our daily order. We enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of customers coming off of I-75. No matter how hectic, the staff keeps smiling and making orders. See you next spring!“
