“I’ve been getting my breakfast, lunch, & even cravings at this Starbucks location on Chapman Hwy for almost five years now just for these specifically three reasons great customer service, always getting everything I ask for even if it’s my very specific brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, & the most friendliest workers. I really like how everyone in this store specifically always have made my orders with no problem or giving food half cooked like the others not to name any stores but I’d like to spread awareness about it so the Starbucks that’s bad which is Cumberland Ave they absolutely are disgusting don’t go there unless you get a drink. I am so glad I found this place this is the best Starbucks in Knoxville I really think the Chapman store is amazing I hope this review they read and get to gloat about being amazing plus I love tipping everyone their bc they deserve it they are phenomenal with service so if you want Starbucks go to this location bc they are amazing they’ll make sure you get it how you like it with no problem plus make sure to tip fairly as well!“

“This location is amazing! I was running super late for work and thought I put my coffee order and Lo and behold I did not! I put it in,

when I pulled in the parking lot. When I walked in they were working on a HUGE coffee order and I said can I cancel? I don’t have time to wait. The barista said no worries I’ll make it right now!

In less than 5 minutes the coffee was in my hand and I was walking out the door. Despite the huge order! They are always friendly attentive and polite!

“I used to have a policy of not tipping drive-through places since they’re paid a standard wage & it just seemed like a reasonable line to draw. Then Covid happened, and I started noticing service slide all across the board, even among staff at restaurants who work solely for tips. I used to always say you can kind of tell when someone really lives off tips and when it’s something they don’t really rely on, but that really changed after Covid. It felt like you couldn’t always “tell” anymore if someone actually relied on your tips.

And one day, after picking up coffee here, it hit me. The service here is always above par. The staff is consistently friendly and willing to be helpful however they can. If I get the same employees over a few visits, they remember me and what I get. I’m just so fond of absolutely everyone I interact with here, and I really appreciate their steadfast kindness and hard work (which I’ve been saying in tip form for some time now).

“I come here early mornings to pick up my drink, since it’s right on the way to the dog park. The barista always makes my drink perfect, just how I like it. Always an excellent experience here. I didn’t catch her name but will update this review when (if) I do. She deserves a shoutout and a raise ?“

“I am a retired professor, who has been going to Starbucks coffee shops for decades. This particular coffee shop is one of my regular hangouts to read and relax over a cuppa or three. Very friendly and courteous staff. Plenty of space (it is larger than many other Starbucks coffee shops I have visited over the years), and parking is a breeze. Raj“

“I can’t recommend this team highly enough! The staff is incredibly personable and always greets me with a warm smile. Even though it’s inside a Target, I’ll happily skip a drive-thru to come here because their White Chocolate Mochas are unmatched. They take the extra care to blend the blonde espresso perfectly so the flavor stays consistent. A huge shoutout to Jesse, Savanna, Anna, and Madison for being absolutely wonderful! “We love Starbucks in Turkey Creek! We feel comfortable meeting here for our business - sometimes an hour, sometimes several hours. Yesterday, we sat outside and it was hot, but they do have umbrellas for shade. The restaurant is always clean and service is great!“

“Was conveniently located for a spur of the moment stop before my three hour drive. Because it was early in the morning I didn’t have a problem finding a parking spot because I was just picking up an order to go. I did not have to wait long, and the drink was alright.“

“The ladies that were working yesterday morning were so helpful and super nice. I had no idea how to use my Starbucks points but they explained it to me and even gave my baby girl a sticker. My drink was also excellent!

Also, side note, I avoided going into Starbucks in grocery stores for so long bc I have a kid and don’t want to get out of the car. But I’ve been going to this one a lot recently bc they always make my drink exactly how I order it. It has literally always been perfect. And the ladies yesterday were amazing and soooo kind but everyone at this Starbucks is.“

“The lady that works in the mornings is super nice and she always knows what I want and how I want it. I went to a different Starbucks once and ordered the same drink and it didn't taste the same. She has the magic touch! I wish I could remember her name. I know she is originally from Michigan. She's just a great people person!“

“I had an amazing experience at the Starbucks in food city the other day. I have a rather picky way of ordering my coffee and they never get it right in the drive thru so I went in this one because I was shopping anyway. This girl made me the best caramel macchiato ever and exactly as I ordered it. Mad PROPS and a healthy tip for her. I'm about to head that way right now.“

“I am very pleased with the service at this starbucks location they are so nice and will go above and beyond to speak to you and address you and will definitely make sure your order is right. I am very happy with my orders every time I go there.

UPDATE!!! I just want to add I picked up my drink the other day this is now my starbucks... the new lady made it a little different and I ask the manager if the recipe changed she assured me that it had not been changed and asked me if she could remake the drink for me. I ask her would she please do so, Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure it was made right and you all are doing a great job!

UPDATE: yes there was a long wait, a day ago but what you failed to state was the lady in starbucks was left along with no help and she was doing her best all by herself. I was there too, I say at least a drink was made for you that want to give bad reviews. she was doing everything she could to make sure we all could get what we ordered. I will not STOP coming here.“

“I stopped at Kroger to try to pick up a couple coffees early in the morning. Girl there completely ignored me until I asked for help. Then she was hateful. Left there & drove to the next closest in Food City. Cameron was the exact opposite; greeted me with a smile, helpful, quick, and personable. Thanks for making my day better Cameron!“

“Best store in the area if you want Starbucks. The atmosphere is nearly perfect (the acoustics are a bit echoey, but that’s a minor complaint), the service is top-notch, and the location is reasonably quiet despite being near a highway. They always get my order right and I never have any issues with their service.“

“This is our Go To place when we are in Knoxville until heading south for the winter. We feel close to the manager and staff who know us and our daily order. We enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of customers coming off of I-75. No matter how hectic, the staff keeps smiling and making orders. See you next spring!“

“Starbucks located inside Target, haven't been to impressed with the cleanliness in the past but is really clean now and looks great. Really nice staff who made us a very good Iced White chocolate mocha with extra shot and Bacon Gouda Egg sandwich. Grandaughter along this time, she really liked her Summer Skies drink and grilled cheese sandwich.“

“The best Starbucks I have ever been to. The lady (unfortunately I didn't get her name, but to give credit where credit is due, I picked up at 8:42 am on September 8th) at the register is extremely friendly and lively. I have been very disappointed in customer service as a whole for a long time, but she really nailed it. I was feeling a little sad because I was on vacation and was headed back home. I was not looking forward to leaving so my mood was a little down. She definitely gave me a little pick me up on my way out of town. She greeted me warmly and then finished with a very chipper attitude. Keep her, Starbucks, and give her a raise.“

“I have been coming here for years a few times a week and it's always positive service until last week .I was served by a young girl named Melody who REFUSED to speak, ask for my order,or offer a receipt. I ask twice if she was OK because she was red in the face with an awful look. Not approachable at all! She refused to answer me by shaking her head and refusing eye contact. Hours later I was informed she didn't like me because she has a friend who doesn't like me. Never be a follower,as I do not her outside of Starbucks! This behavior and customer service was the worst interaction I have ever had here. I expect an apology before I call corporate and report her. There's no good reason to take on others issues and feelings just to make yourself feel accepted and impress your friends. Very immature behavior.“

“I usually go in and use my dad's Starbucks ID because the app doesn't work on my phone so the girls know my order by heart now - after only about a month of going there (with half their team being new staff). “I went through the drive-thru this morning and was greeted by a gentleman named Eric. His customer service was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, outgoing, and made my morning with his positive attitude. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers. I wish every company had employees like Eric. “I went into downtown Knoxville to Starbucks to use my gift card. I saw online that there was a lot of seating and walked in and there was barely anything so I was confused but the deal is that if you buy coffee, you can sit in the hotel lobby area next-door, which is absolutely spacious, quiet, and beautiful. I was only bummed that I could not collect my Starbucks points for my purchase because they’re connected to the hotel so keep that in mind if that’s something that you want. other than that it was a great experience really nice staff. Such a great location and close to the marketplace.“

“The barista with red hair was incredibly rude. I guess she felt that she didn't have to acknowledge a customer or respond to a question since she was making drinks. Some of my order was missing when I approached her to ask about where my missing item was. She looked at me and rolled her eyes before she walked away to continue making drinks. The rest of my experience was great. I just don't understand poor customer service. It takes 2 seconds to show some kindness and consideration.“

“I go to Starbucks a lot, But there is truly something special about this store! I drive an extra 10 minutes specifically to go to this one because the atmosphere is so lively and the staff is so amazing! 100 out of 10 recommend this location specifically! “A good cup and a greeting in the morning from the register as always but, this Starbuck's, if you had been in the past, was always having the line come into the road and seating was limited. Now...with new remodel these two factors have been removed with addition of community tables, a better flow, and an expanded drive through lane. The only complaint is wear a jacket when it is cool as front glass did not get a thermal pain and the door everyone comes in is North facing. Standard Starbucks fare offered from pastries to sandwiches, bottled water and to go coffee cup reusables, etc.“

“Well I went in on 8/2/24 and it was one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. The barista was so polite and friendly and competent. I really do wish there were more workers like her. Also my iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oatmilk was an 11/10“

“I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Lewis! I went through the drive-thru today with my dog, Jasper, who is currently recovering from surgery and has been pretty cooped up lately. Lewis was so incredibly sweet to him and even complimented his crazy post-surgery haircut. 😂 Jasper was very happy to get his pup cup, and the whole interaction genuinely made my day.
