“I am a hard of hearing/deaf person. Unfortunately my hearing aids weren’t fully charged up today and weren’t working great, and on top of that I’ve lost my voice. But Natashia was such a great help! Oh my gosh I’ve never felt so accommodated before! She was mouthing things clearly and even writing it down when I couldn’t understand. And even took a moment to sign have a good day to me!! I loved it so much and the coffees were amazing as well!!“
