“Delicious authentic Cantonese and Dim Sum. The dim sum menu is a little small but so good. Most of the dim sum dishes like har gaw has 6 pieces instead of the standard 4 like most places at the same price point. The dim sum shrimp balls are my absolute favorite on that menu. So juicy and flavorful. The more American Chinese style menu is good too. Best fried rice I've ever had. I like that it's not greasy or overloaded with soy sauce. I saw some reviews that complained about the price, but hello, unless you're living under a rock, prices of everything have increased. No you can't get fried rice for $8 anymore. The portion size is big compared to some others at similar prices. Seriously, you can only get dim sum in Memphis at 3 places, and this one is good.

Young fellow at desk said KPB was not too spicy, so asked for Extra Spicy and was NOT disappointed. KPB was delicious, superb level of spice, lovely thick sauce, portion size was large, very nice. “Stopped here on a whim and the food was really good. This was my first time eating here and I ordered the beef and broccoli dinner plate, the orange chicken dinner plate and a shrimp egg roll. “I rarely give reviews on a business page but the service we received today warrants it. Having been to the restaurant multiple times, we have always had awesome food and great service. Today however, was awful. Our waitress, who also appeared to be the bartender, was MIA for the majority of the time. She took our order, only to come back to the table to ask us to repeat the order., total of three items. Brought our appetizer at the same time as our food, essentially throwing it all down on the table, and then disappeared. We ran out of drinks, then had to ask the guy at the cash register for our ticket and a to-go box resulting in our having to pay at the cash register. She finally appeared to bring back the check and then became angry, calling us miserable people, when she didn't get a tip for her poor service. I don't think I can support a company who allows this kind of service.“

“We have been eating at Wang’s for many years. We have occasionally tried other Chinese restaurants, especially when we travel. We have never found another one that comes close. Their menu is extensive, and they offer a nice wine selection. We always order several of the appetizers because it’s too hard to narrow down our choices. For entrees, we especially like the Ta-Chin chicken, Kung Pao chicken, all the wok tossed options. Delicious food and nice people.“
