We had the chicken lettuce wrap, fried green beans, pork fried dumplings, dynamite roll, northern style ribs and egg drop soup. There was plenty of food for three of us. Matthew, our waiter was awesome and provided excellent service. We definitely will visit this location again when we’re in Memphis.“

We usually get their dinner for 4 or 6 or however. Any people are there. There is ALWAYS more food than we can eat. Give this place a try, and you will ve comparing all other Asian food to this spot. Thank you for years of lovely evenings in your establishment. My grandparents are gone, but my sister just brought the 4th generation to the restaurant this year.“

There are tables and seating inside, but most customers, it seems, typically get their food to-go. Their take out containers are good quality, and I never have any spills or leaks. I highly recommend New China for good quality chinese cuisine!“

However the area is not very nice unfortunately, and neither is the location. The place have tables but the restaurant was converted to delivery mostly, so there is no dining in although they still have their tables. Their menu looks smaller now than the original but they still prepare the dish if you request it. Our favorite dishes there are the broccoli and shrimp, Moo goo Gai pan, Moo Shu vegetable, vegetable lo mai and show Mai, egg Fu yong and their fry rice is fantastic!! Even in busiest days their order pick ups are no more than 20 min! The lady is very nice to us and we always customize one thing or another like extra onions in the rice, extra shrimp, more sweet and sour sauce instead of soy and duck sauce, etc“

“Im a trucker from out of town but my terminal is close by.. I rarely leave reviews anymore but this place definitely deserves the stars. I roll the dice alot on the road trying new places and I think I struck gold! Yesterday I had the beef in garlic sauce... blew my mind the quality and portions are great for the price! Today im having the chicken lo mein and again im convinced they just know wth they're doing... good job guys!

“We just moved to the Collierville area and found Yums. My favorite is the orange chicken. It has real pieces of orange rind and has a delicious flavor. The white rice literally melts in your mouth. I’ve only had rice this good at one other place! I could make a meal out of the white rice alone! They give you big portions too. My husband and I order a plate each and can eat on it for a few days. We were going to Panda Express because it’s quick and maybe a tad cheaper but trust me, Yums orange chicken tastes so much more fresh and delicious! Hope you enjoy as much as we do! 🤩“

I had the large egg drop soup and it was delicious. I also had the age tofu and they make it extra spe ial with the bonita flakes and furikake on top with a nice sauce with a little kick. I also had the cucumber salad. Nothing too special; however they julienne them instead of slicing, which i really enjoyed.
BF had the churashi special and he said it was great. He had miso soup, salad, and a generous portion of different sashimi with roe on top.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend coming here.“

Based on my experience, food is relatively better than other places and cooked fresh. Staff is very polite and I was amused by the delivering robot! “We have been eating at Wang’s for many years. We have occasionally tried other Chinese restaurants, especially when we travel. We have never found another one that comes close. Their menu is extensive, and they offer a nice wine selection. We always order several of the appetizers because it’s too hard to narrow down our choices. “We had a delightful late dinner experience after a long day of dealing with home repairs. We were seated immediately by the friendly host and were soon asked for our order. We ordered hot tea and a selection of dim sum including a bowl of rice, vegetable spring rolls, crab rangoon, bacon-wrapped shrimp, shu mai (pork and shrimp, I’m guessing), and chicken steamed buns. Everything was enjoyable! I savored every sip of the tea which had a bit of a fruity/floral element (jasmine?). Among the dimsum selections the chicken steamed buns were particularly enjoyable to me as they are rarer to find than pork steamed buns (which were also available here) and had a great flavor. The bacon-wrapped shrimp also felt a bit decadent (and also a somewhat rarer option). After dinner we were served orange wedges that were surprisingly sweet as well as the usual fortune cookie, a nice end to the meal that we enjoyed along with the last of the tea in the relaxing, quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning!“

This is my go-to place to eat before work most days. I’m kinda surprised they don’t have a higher rating. My food is always fresh, I’m always served with a smile by different people, and the wait time isn’t usually long. Of course, you can’t be mad if you come during lunch rush and have to wait 10-15 mins… it’s called a rush for a reason there’s going to be many other hungry folks other than yourself. I recommend this place to anyone that’s in the area, they will take care of you.“
