“The Peking duck is genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. I mean that with my entire soul. Please, PLEASE get the Peking duck. It is unbelievably flavorful and perfectly cooked.

We ordered the whole Peking duck, and for everything you get, it’s honestly a great value. It comes with three full takeout boxes of duck, not even including all of the bao buns that come with it.

“Absolutely amazing seafood! We ordered a live king crab prepared in three different styles, and every dish was outstanding. The steamed crab was sweet and tender, the sweet soy sauce brought out the fresh flavor perfectly, and the crispy fried garlic chili style was incredibly addictive. They even used the crab to make a delicious seafood soup, so nothing went to waste. Fresh ingredients, excellent cooking, and great service. Highly recommend for anyone who loves king crab!“

“First time there, did take out. Kung Pao Beef, Beef Fried Rice, Spring Rolls and Fried Biscuits (Mantow). Young fellow at desk said KPB was not too spicy, so asked for Extra Spicy and was NOT disappointed. KPB was delicious, superb level of spice, lovely thick sauce, portion size was large, very nice. We will come back!“

“Overall we were very satisfied with our meals. We both enjoyed our soups very much. He had egg drop and said it was very rich and eggy. I had hot and sour and it was delightfully as named. Good spring roll and hubby loved the chx wing. Entree had nice tender-crisp veggies. Water chestnuts and red bell peppers - yum! I got a double order of my soup to go. “Nam King is my favorite restaurant. I love the wonton soup, combination mei fun and green pepper steak. My husband loves the shrimp fried rice, green beans and egg foo young. The food is so fresh and delicious. We have tried many different restaurants in Memphis. Nam King restaurant is the best .“

I had the large egg drop soup and it was delicious. I also had the age tofu and they make it extra spe ial with the bonita flakes and furikake on top with a nice sauce with a little kick. I also had the cucumber salad. Nothing too special; however they julienne them instead of slicing, which i really enjoyed.
BF had the churashi special and he said it was great. He had miso soup, salad, and a generous portion of different sashimi with roe on top.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend coming here.“

There are tables and seating inside, but most customers, it seems, typically get their food to-go. Their take out containers are good quality, and I never have any spills or leaks. “Absolutely love this place. We tried it on a whim as my wife wanted a specific thick dumpling that no other place had and when we saw a photo of it on Google at china garden we gave them a shot. We now eat there multiple times a week and they always smile and yell welcome back my friend! When I come in and are extremely inviting and the food is delicious. I get mei fun every time and she gets sweet and sour chicken with dumplings. We live in the heart of millington but gladly pass everything else by to go to china garden. “I finally found a Chinese restaurant that makes Egg Foo Yung with the tan, yellowish gravy. All of the previous restaurants I tried, had this dark, thin, almost soy sauce colored gravy. I didn't like the look or the taste of the dark gravy. I'm from northern Illinois and I had never seen dark gravy like that.
I always stop in unfamiliar Chinese restaurants to get a menu and ask some questions. I asked the person behind the counter about the color of the gravy, he said it was a light color. So I got a lunch order. The gravy was the right thickness and the right flavor, the egg foo yung patties were great, and full of shrimp. I was very satisfied and will be back.“

“We have been eating at Wang’s for many years. We have occasionally tried other Chinese restaurants, especially when we travel. We have never found another one that comes close. Their menu is extensive, and they offer a nice wine selection. We always order several of the appetizers because it’s too hard to narrow down our choices. For entrees, we especially like the Ta-Chin chicken, Kung Pao chicken, all the wok tossed options. Delicious food and nice people.“
